In the 1990s, as the internet began integrating into daily life, he earned his degree in computer programming. Recognizing the rapid advancement of computer programs during this time, he noticed that immature corporate processes, when prematurely converted into software, could lead to critical errors for companies. To better understand and manage corporate development processes, he pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering.

As a Chief Auditor specializing in corporate maturity through ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards, he audited numerous international firms across Europe, America, and Africa. While the conversion of mature processes into software promised efficiency and effectiveness, he observed that organizations often struggled during periods of change. He recognized that, despite the best processes and software, the core of intellectual capital remained with the people.

During his career, he served on evaluation committees for multinational corporations and idealistic public institutions that achieved excellence under the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). He observed that the world's most successful companies distinguished themselves by investing in their intellectual capital during their excellence journeys. Understanding that this dynamic force—distinct from traditional capital investments—propelled organizations towards a sustainable future through systematic processes, increased employee competence, and enhanced motivation, he completed a master's program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

At IQI, he established the core framework of SPQR, focusing on aligning software, processes, and organizational psychology. Currently, he continues his work at IQI as a business analyst, structuring SPQR within this framework, while also serving as a corporate development consultant and senior auditor.

In the 1990s, after completing his undergraduate degree in economics, he understood the importance of acquiring in-depth knowledge and skills in computer programming and technology during an era when technology and the internet were surging. At the intersection of economics and technology, he had the chance to firsthand observe how speeding up processes and their transformation into software contributed to corporate maturity. These experiences reinforced his decision to pursue a master's degree in technology.

After completing his master's in technology, he started working as a Director at PwC Canada, leading high-impact cloud transformation projects for clients. With over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, he developed a rich expertise in cloud and DevOps technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. During this time, he demonstrated a passionate approach to delivering innovative solutions that exceeded the digital transformation expectations of clients.

Completing his doctorate in philosophy and sociology enhanced his ability to evaluate and develop technological solutions from a human-centered perspective. This multidisciplinary education enabled him to contribute to the development of a learning and excellence culture in cloud computing and IT infrastructure while serving as PwC Canada's AWS Ambassador and Canada's Microsoft Certified Trainer Leader.

His books on AWS and Terraform, full certifications, and consulting for hundreds of professionals transitioning their careers to cloud, DevOps, and IT have made him a significant source of knowledge in these fields. With a broad knowledge base in economics, technology, philosophy, and sociology, he actively participated in the community, blending information and insights with humor. He has dedicated himself to empowering businesses and individuals through advanced cloud and DevOps solutions. He continues to utilize all his accumulated knowledge as a member of the IQI advisory board.

Spearheaded the adoption of innovative teaching and learning methodologies in response to the digital revolution, significantly enhancing educational practices and student outcomes. Developed and implemented tailored counseling strategies to address the unique needs and challenges of individual students, promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills. Acquired extensive knowledge in educational theories, curriculum development, and the application of cutting-edge educational technologies. Successfully guided students in personal development and academic growth, leveraging data analytics to monitor and support student progress continuously.

Pioneered investments in groundbreaking startups, focusing on educational technology, sustainable business models, and innovation in service delivery. Demonstrated expertise in venture capital management, strategic planning, and market analysis, contributing to the successful launch and growth of several ventures.

Caesar K

Graduated with honors from White Oaks High School in Oakville, Ontario, his interest in professional life began during his high school years. His first job experience at McDonald's, followed by taking on the responsibility of teaching corporate standards to new employees, led him to become a trainer. He continued as the manager of a branch generating an annual turnover of 2 million dollars, demonstrating leadership in teamwork and customer relations.

At the same time, he founded a cleaning company named Dust Busters Mobile in Canada, the first to offer services through a mobile app allowing users to select time and place. He combined innovative approaches like antibacterial and steam cleaning with technology and specially designed corporate vehicles. He continues to expand Dust Busters Mobile with the vision of becoming an international company after Ocean Nation Wide.

While continuing to develop his startup, Caesar is studying architecture and business as a second major at Carleton University. He plans to complete the remainder of his education in Italy and France in 2024. Sam continues to share his knowledge and energy as a member of the IQI Advisory Board.

In her early years, Kiki Hammill completed her education at the Etobicoke School of the Arts, specializing in Music Theatre. This foundational education in the arts set the stage for a multifaceted career. Alongside her artistic pursuits, she earned the Worker Health and Safety Awareness Certificate from the Ministry of Labour, showcasing her commitment to workplace safety and compliance.

Kiki’s professional journey is marked by her versatility and diverse talents. She is a Toronto-based triple threat artist, proficient in acting, singing, and dancing, and a full member of ACTRA. Her screen presence has graced numerous international productions, including those shown worldwide and on Netflix. Beyond performing, Kiki has contributed to the film industry as a credited scriptwriter and producer, adding depth to her creative repertoire.

Her musical talents extend beyond performance. Kiki is a multi-instrumentalist and a dedicated music/theory tutor, sharing her knowledge with students of all ages. Her passion for education and the arts is also evident in her work as a published children's author, where she combines her storytelling skills with her love for music and theatre.

Parallel to her artistic achievements, Kiki has excelled in the corporate world. For many years, she has held a leadership role at a globally recognized food company. In this capacity, she has overseen various aspects of the business, including strategic development, process improvement, and market expansion, contributing significantly to the company’s success.

Graduating in 2003 with a degree in Software Engineering, Jennifer K stepped into the world of technology and software, immediately standing out for her passion and innovative approach. Her solid foundation in software engineering provided her with a deep understanding of developing and implementing complex software solutions. After graduation, Jennifer realized that technology and software were not only about functionality but also had a significant impact on occupational safety and the well-being of employees. This realization led her to pursue a master's degree in occupational safety, offering an excellent opportunity to delve deeper into the critical link between technology and workplace safety.

Upon completing her master's, Jennifer combined her expertise in software engineering and occupational safety to develop innovative solutions that promote the safe and effective use of technology in workplaces. This contributed to the design and implementation of practices that enhance employee safety in technology firms and businesses across various sectors.

Jennifer's work has led pioneering projects that integrate safety standards into every stage of software development processes. She also bridged the gap between industry leaders and employees in raising awareness about occupational safety and adopting best practices.

Having successfully completed her architectural studies in Canada, Eva R. is currently pursuing a master’s degree in architecture in Boston. Witnessing the challenges communities faced during the COVID-19 pandemic has inspired her to design sustainable living spaces.

Eva is deeply passionate about enhancing the quality of life for individuals and minimizing environmental impact through innovative and sustainable home designs. She has extended this vision to her consultancy role at IQI, where she advises on the design of sustainable work environments.

Emphasizing the importance of creating sustainable ecosystems to protect our planet's future, Eva continues to gain experience in this field and is constantly expanding her industry knowledge. She remains committed to developing functional and aesthetically superior projects that are also environmentally sensitive, aiming to meet the needs of current communities while laying solid foundations for future generations

A seasoned global executive, Alper Ece brings a wealth of experience in technology, project management, and quality assurance to his role. With a successful track record in leading international teams and driving institutional growth, he has established himself as a respected industry leader.

He is the Founder and CEO of Proficiency Institute in Düsseldorf, where he has built a leading IT education platform. His expertise encompasses curriculum development, business operations, and strategic planning.

Prior to founding Proficiency Institute, Ece held key roles in project management, systems administration, and IT consulting across Europe. His experience includes implementing ISO 9001 quality standards and a deep understanding of diverse business environments. Specifically, he spent several years contributing to the success of large-scale enterprises in Düsseldorf and London, where he honed his skills in managing complex projects and driving operational efficiency.

The executive holds multiple certifications in technology and quality management, including Microsoft Certified Professional Developer and MCSE. His academic foundation, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies with Second Class Honours from the University of Wales, equipped him with a robust blend of business acumen and analytical skills, essential for his multifaceted career.

As a Board Member of the International Quality Institute, Alper Ece will contribute his expertise to advancing global quality standards and driving institutional excellence.

Document Management

Understanding the value of intellectual capital and aiming to increase the awareness of its stakeholders, IQI places great importance on the continuous improvement contributions of its organization's employees and supports its created ecosystem in this context.

In this scope, IQI defines corporate communication in five directions:

Messages from the management to the organization,
Communications within departments at their own levels,
Messages from employees to department managers and senior executives,
The organization's communication with customers,
The organization's communication with suppliers.

SPQR is built upon the realization, monitoring, and impact of this five-directional communication on individual and corporate performance. Employees can share documents with their own departments or sub-units according to their positions in the organization chart. Quality representatives, unlike employees, can create documents for customers and suppliers as well. In this framework, along with organizational policies, procedures, instructions, etc., all documents used across the organization including internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing documents are created in accordance with international quality standards.

Intelligent Personnel Management

A system is proposed where current and potential employees create their own information banks, which is different from traditional human resources programs. This approach allows for the creation of smart information banks suitable for digital transformation in human resources, instead of standard prepared resumes. In this context, employees' skills, competencies, work experience, and contact information are recorded on the SPQR platform and go through a three-stage approval process to ensure their security:

Employee Statement: The employee provides their information firsthand.
Approval by the Relevant Manager: The information provided by the employee is approved by their relevant manager.
IQI Approval: Performance measurements, 360-degree evaluations, personality tests, completion of training, and content creation/consumption are evaluated and approved by IQI.

This system, unlike traditional HR programs, allows employees to access their company's corporate portal during their employment. When employees leave their job, they can continue their personal development by accessing the IQI institute's portal individually if they wish. Companies using the SPQR platform can offer job opportunities to potential employees who are portal users and not currently employed by any company. Similarly, individuals who are not working for any company but continue their personal development journey with IQI can apply for job postings from companies looking for employees suitable for their information banks through the portal. This provides a more flexible, digitized, and personalized human resources experience for both employees and employers.

Internal News Management

SPQR is designed to ensure that all employees are informed about the organization's internal and external developments. In this context, employees can access the news shared by the organization's management, departments, and sub-units. In addition to the news, employees can access the organization's internal and external announcements, as well as the news of the industry and competitors. In this context, the news shared by the organization's management, departments, and sub-units are accessible to all employees. Employees, according to their positions in the organizational chart, can share short videos with their own departments or sub-units. Quality representatives, unlike employees, can also create short videos for customers and suppliers. Additionally, short video messages from management, instructions supported by videos, and short informative trainings are also created in this area.

Issue Management

Task orders, a key dynamic in the interaction between processes and employees, are often ineffectively and inefficiently managed on traditional platforms. In conventional systems where task orders are followed verbally or in writing, and attempts are made to manage them through emails or shared files, it's impossible to measure and evaluate the degree of importance of the task orders, compliance with final deadlines, and the interaction between the individuals who create and are assigned to these tasks. In contrast, the task management model on SPQR analyzes all interactions, enhancing the dynamism of interactions between processes and individuals, thereby contributing to performance indicators.

Intelligent Personnel Management

Staff Performance

SPQR is intelligently designed to collect and transform data obtained during use into information, with the aim of contributing to performance measurements. In this context, the time users spend on the portal, their interactions with shared content, their own produced content, as well as the effective use of suggestion, competitor analysis, risk forms, assigned trainings, and timely completion of tasks, contribute to performance measurement. Since each employee's performance constitutes the performance of their unit supervisor, SPQR encourages employees to work as a team.

Smart Surveys

Since SPQR is designed intelligently, it collects and processes every piece of data gathered during usage for input into performance measurements. In document, news, and video interactions, this transformation process is carried out through smart surveys. In this context, the surveys added at the end of each created content are divided into two categories: deterministic and stochastic.

In deterministic surveys, participants are expected to provide precise and clear answers; in stochastic surveys, responses are intuitively evaluated. This allows for the real-time measurement of interactions within the organization, as well as topics such as leadership, employee motivation and engagement, intellectual capital, and performance. These measurements enable organizations to better understand their internal dynamics and make improvements in necessary areas.

Education Administration

SPQR includes defined orientation and occupational safety trainings. Additionally, organization employees can prepare desired online trainings on this platform and assign them to organizational units. Trainings are evaluated and certified based on participation and training outcomes. Employees who complete IQI-certified trainings not only receive certificates from their organizations but also accumulate credits for global IQI trainings. Apart from the trainings assigned within the system, employees can request trainings from the organization by filling out a training request form for different trainings.

Purpose: Quality control used to be achieved by individually inspecting products and services until the industrial revolution. With the advancement of technology and the start of mass production, the concept of total quality emerged. According to this concept, instead of standardizing products and services, it aims to standardize all processes that continue until the end of the warranty period of the product or service. In this context, guiding organizations such as ISO, EFQM, Malcolm Baldrige, and Deming have emerged since 1949. Companies that comply with these standards and are accredited, by considering management systems as a science, have created sustainable ecosystems by differentiating themselves from their competitors in their institutionalization journeys.

Employees who complete the quality representative training take on the role of potential top managers of organizations and candidates for creating a new ecosystem with a systematic and holistic perspective. Their main duties are to ensure that standards become part of the organizational culture and to ensure governance between employees and top management during this journey.

Requirements for Participation: Graduation from relevant fields such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering. Applicants for this training are required to write a 500-word essay explaining how they match their individual vision with IQI's mission and the contribution of this training to this match.

The Industrial Revolution, which began with mass production, required energy sources such as coal and oil, as well as large factories and production facilities. During this period, capital owners created giant companies that marked the last two centuries with the right investments made at the right time. These multinational companies, which employ hundreds of thousands of people, started to relinquish their advantages in capital, efficiency, and agility to technology companies with the technological revolution. Often, ideas discovered by individuals or small teams grew to sizes that could compete with giants within a few years with their limited resources. The investment requirements of the Industrial Revolution gave way to accessible technological solutions and smart consulting activities.

As IQI, we organize smart consulting activities and trainings through SPQR by providing technological solutions, workspaces, and scholarships to individuals and teams with business ideas in different countries in collaboration with our solution partners.

Leaders are defined as individuals with integrated and multidimensional plans who have intellectual depth. Since 99% of people operate with daily routines, they unintentionally follow these leaders. While guiding the societies they are in, these leaders often have an impact on issues that concern the society and humanity as a whole, as powerful as the power of a butterfly's wings. The transformation of this power into large winds that will affect climates depends on strategic touches made at the right time and place. Unlike traditional think tanks, IQI brings together professionals with experience in business and academia on SPQR to form working groups.

All activities carried out by these working groups are considered and designed as integrated, solid-based, systematic approaches that have spread to relevant stakeholders, are measurable, and create value. The outcome declarations created at the end of the work are shared with local and national media together with all relevant stakeholders, thus maximizing the value creation multiplier.

In addition to these working groups, IQI forwards the reports of individuals and groups who identify problems for their region, country, or the world and produce solutions to these problems to the relevant public institutions. Thus, it ensures that these institutions are open, transparent, and accountable to the public. By designing the 'Public Whistleblowing' infrastructure on SPQR, IQI helps people contribute to the society they are in.
