To better understand and manage corporate development processes, he pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering.

As a Chief Auditor specializing in corporate maturity through ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards, he audited numerous international firms across Europe, America, and Africa. While the conversion of mature processes into software promised efficiency and effectiveness, he observed that organizations often struggled during periods of change. He recognized that, despite the best processes and software, the core of intellectual capital remained with the people.

During his career, he served on evaluation committees for multinational corporations and idealistic public institutions that achieved excellence under the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). He observed that the world's most successful companies distinguished themselves by investing in their intellectual capital during their excellence journeys. Understanding that this dynamic force—distinct from traditional capital investments—propelled organizations towards a sustainable future through systematic processes, increased employee competence, and enhanced motivation, he completed a master's program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

At IQI, he established the core framework of SPQR, focusing on aligning software, processes, and organizational psychology. Currently, he continues his work at IQI as a business analyst, structuring SPQR within this framework, while also serving as a corporate development consultant and senior auditor.
